The group has evolved from a series of entrepreneurship, investments, and consulting activity of its founder, Mr. Simi Efrati. S-Ventures identifies lucrative business opportunities and transforms them into reality. The group has a proven track record of taking operation from the first step to maturity via profitability, IPO’s, or M&A.

In the last 20 years the group’s management has been involved in founding, co-founding, funding, investing and creating large scale operations in the technology industry, including Samurai Investments, Latto, TravelFusion, Appstream, Gool, Simigon and many more successful internet operations.

Mr. Simi Efrati
Mr. Efrati has over 20 years of experience in the high tech industry as founder, co-founder and investor. Mr. Efrati’s leadership and vast experience enables S-Ventures portfolio companies to successfully transform vision to reality.
Mr. Simi Efrati holds an LL.M in Corporate Law – New York University of Law, LL.B – University of Kent, UK.
Mr. Efrati is a lawyer in the Israeli bar.
Mr. Itay Koppel
Over 20 years of experience in managerial and financial positions in international business and operations. Mr. Koppel’s experience enables S-Ventures portfolio companies to be built and scale to the next stage.
Mr. Koppel holds an M.A in Law from Bar Ilan University, MSc. Finance & Accounting and BA Economics & Accounting both from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Koppel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
