Latto was a leading developer and provider of centralized cloud-based multi-screen video store solutions for streaming live/linear and on-demand video content (OTT) as part of TV Everywhere initiatives.
The company owned and operated proprietary cloud-based technology, offering a centralized solution for managing the distribution and monetization of online media assets. Mr. Efrati co-founded Latto and served as Executive Vice Chairman.
In 2014, PCCW, a leading Hong Kong-based telecommunications and technology company, acquired Latto. This acquisition aimed to enhance PCCW’s capabilities in cloud computing, data management, and digital transformation services.
